Business and Cancellation Policies

• Booking an appointment requires name, phone number, email address, and credit card on file
• Cancellation charges: Credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service dollar amount for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  • Cancellation charges take effect for late appointments and no-call no-shows
• Late appointments: Clients are considered late, and appointments will be cancelled 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment start time
• Deposits are required for on-site services (event hair/makeup, one-on-one lessons, non-wedding services)
  • 50% of service dollar amount is due on the day the appointment is booked (on-site services accrue travel fees after 40 miles roundtrip at a rate of $1 per mile, travel fees are due with remaining balance on the appointment date)
    • on-site services may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time and deposit will be refunded
